PGT or Personal Group training has been designed to keep you the member more motivated interested and most importantly achieving results quicker.
You will be taken around in small groups with a programme tailored to your needs and requirements and the instructor will ensure that you train correctly safely and to your maximum in order for those results to happen quicker.
We will also help with your nutrition and guide you through diet plans.
